This year at Greystanes Festa, we’re proud to be back for another year serving up our much-loved traditional Maltese Ħobż biż-żejt – fresh bread filled with tomato paste, tuna, olives, capers and a drizzle of olive oil – just like we’ve always done. What makes it even more special is that every roll we serve goes toward raising funds to support Australians facing blood cancer.
Every day, 53 families receive the devastating news of a blood cancer diagnosis. By enjoying a taste of Malta with us, you’re not only keeping a community tradition alive, but also helping fund life-saving research and vital care for patients and their families.
