BMS Charity Cup

BMS will host the 2025 BMS Charity Cup on Friday 22 August 2025 at Ballymore Stadium, Brisbane.

This mixed touch football event will bring together companies in the Insurance industry for a day of fun, networking, team building, and most importantly, fundraising.

Through this event, we aim to raise $25,000 for the Leukaemia Foundation, to support their research and support work.

We created this event after experiencing first-hand the devastating impact of a Leukaemia diagnosis but the wonderful support provided by the Leukaemia Foundation.

With a number of BMS staff and their families personally impacted by Leukaemia and blood cancer, we knew this was a cause we were truly passionate to support.

We thank all the teams who are taking part in the event, and everyone who is supporting our fundraising efforts.

We have taken a stand against blood cancer.

Today, more than 53 Australians will be told that they have blood cancer and tomorrow - another 53 families will be devastated by the same news.

Through this event, we are fundraising to help provide the special care that is needed to get families through a blood cancer diagnosis as well as to help fund more game-changing research into this disease.

The money raised will help provide care for those in need right now — and it will back the brightest researchers to continue uncovering faster diagnoses and better treatments to save lives.
