All In Team Challenge!
Each month, our team will take on a fun wellbeing challenges focused on mental and physical health, while raising funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.
Frosty Feb – Cold Showers:
Starting with 30 seconds in the first week, we will build on our mental and physical resilience throughout the month.
Holy Squat it’s March – Daily Squats:
Working with one of our basic functional movements, starting at 50 for the first week, we will build up week to week.
April Rest and Refresh – Sleep and Hydration:
Aiming for your daily recommended water intake.
Aiming for a minimum of seven hours of sleep a night.
Skip Your Way Through May – Skipping Rope:
100 Skips a day.
Stack it like it’s Hot (but it’s not... it’s June) - Stack at least 2 challenges a day:
Choose your two favourite challenges from the previous months. Incorporate these into your daily routine.
