I’ve taken a stand against blood cancer.
Today, more than 53 Australians will be diagnosed with blood cancer, and just as many families will have their lives changed forever.
This fundraiser is deeply personal to us. It is held in loving memory of Margaret, a much-loved mother, would-be mother-in-law, and part of our family, who we wish could be here with us today.
In celebrating our marriage today, we also take a moment to honour her - her strength, her love, and the impact she had on her boys. It feels only fitting to celebrate the woman who raised the man who's gone on to be an incredible partner, step-dad and now my husband.
We have created this page to raise vital funds for the Leukaemia Foundation, to support families facing a blood cancer diagnosis and to help fund the research needed to find better treatments and, one day, a cure.
Any contribution, big or small, will help provide care for those in need now and support the future of life-saving research.
