I’ve taken a stand against blood cancer.
A group of Sheela's work colleagues have created this page to Support the Leukemia Foundation and their much-loved team member.
Over the past eleven years, as a staff member at Lifeblood's Frankston Donor Centre, Sheela has facilitated the collection of countless blood and plasma donations with much love and pride for the special gifts of life from each of her donors.
Recently diagnosed, Sheela has now become a recipient of many lifesaving blood products and potentially stem cells also.
Our hope is the money raised will provide care for those in need right now - and give back to the researchers to continue uncovering faster diagnoses and improved treatments to save lives.
