Dance for Donny Triple J Hottest 100 Fundraiser
My name is Casey Bird and I’d really love your support for my upcoming event, Dance for Donny, Triple J Hottest 100 Party Fundraiser.
For us, the Triple J Hottest 100 Countdown is the best day of the year, It’s better than Christmas!
Every year this special day is spent with our beautiful friend Donovan Power, who over 25 years ago became family. Our family and The Leukaemia Foundation now need our support.
Earlier this year my dear friend was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia and is currently in Brisbane undergoing treatment.
I refuse to let our family tradition be broken by Leukaemia and ask our family, friends and the Mackay community to unite and ‘Dance for Donny’.
The Triple J Hottest 100 will be played live, loud and in full at the Mackay, Northern Beaches Community Hall, on the 25th of January 2025.
Let us dance and give Donny, and the140,000 Australians who are bravely facing one of life’s toughest challenges, the hope they need to conquer this heartbreaking illness.
I have no doubt we can make Dance for Donny the best Triple J Hottest 100 Party of all time!
I have already had 3 brave family and friends nominate themselves to shave their hair live on the day, all fundraising proceeds from the shave will go directly to The Leukaemia Foundation.
