I’ve taken a stand against blood cancer.
In 2004 Melinda joined the Toral Lodge team of Educators. 20yrs later she has made a heartfelt decision to transfer to another Sparrow Service as Service Manager. Mels wish before she says farewell to all the treasured memories and moments made at Toral Lodge is to raise money for the Leukaemia Foundation.
In 2022 Mel was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia and has created this page to raise vital funds to help provide the special care that is needed to get families through a blood cancer diagnosis as well as to help fund more game-changing research into this disease.
The money raised will help provide care for those in need right now — and it will back the brightest researchers to continue uncovering faster diagnoses and better treatments to save lives.
As a Community lets band together and support Mels wish by donating to this fundraising campaign.
