Billy's Big Chop Event

On Friday 6th August 2021 I chopped my hair off to donate to "Wigs 4 Kids". I held a fundraising event to raise money for Kids with Cancer which was a huge success.
I am excited to announce that I raised over $10,000 and I have made a donation of $2,500 to the Leukaemia Foundation. I hope that my fundraising efforts will make a difference to those affected by blood cancer.

I’ve taken a stand against blood cancer.

Hi, my name is Billy Brookes and I am 11 years old.

I have been growing my hair for a few years now and earlier this year I decided that I would like to donate my hair to make wigs for sick kids that have lost their hair due to cancer.

I will be cutting my hair on 6th August at my "Big Chop"event and I am fundraising to help sick kids.
