WOW - We are loving the Community Spirit

Day 1 of raising funds and we'd like to thank everyone who has already donated just over $2000 on one day...

Phill is starting to dread this after a media interview today (lookout for Huon Valley News this week) and being made to test drive his embarrassment,

From tomorrow there will also be donation boxes in multiple Huonville businesses and we will be releasing details of where you can buy raffle tickets to win some amazing prizes donated by very generous Huon Valley businesses.

Let's share in Phill's shame and keep the good $$ flowing for such a great cause.

You probably know Phill

The manager and local identity of our beloved Salamanca Fresh Huonville took on a bet.

His beloved Sydney Swans (and yes if anyone knows Phillip - he's invested more than anything into this team) and bragged that his team would be in the finals. Oops...

So as a mate who backs the BRISBANE MIGHTY LIONS - the bet was..

WHOEVER WAS LOWEST ON THE TABLE WOULD WALK FROM THE FLOOD ROAD ROUNDABOUT - TO DS CAFE HUONVILLE... oh and wear the other team gurney for 24 hours...

Guess what - Phill lost.... so join us for his walk of shame... whilst raising money for an amazing cause.

You can donate at multiple locations in Huonville or online here.

You can also join his walk of shame on SUNDAY 28th SEPTEMBER starting at the new Flood Road Roundabout - 10:00am finishing at DS CAFE Main Street Huonville.

I’ve taken a stand against blood cancer.

Our local Salamanca Fresh  legend, Phil has lost a bet stating the Sydney Swans will finish higher on the AFL ladder than the Brisbane Lions. Now, he must complete a long walk of shame wearing Brisbane Lions gear!

Today, more than 53 Australians will be told that they have blood cancer and tomorrow - another 53 families will be devastated by the same news.

We have created this page to raise vital funds to help provide the special care that is needed to get families through a blood cancer diagnosis as well as to help fund more game-changing research into this disease.

The money we raise will help provide care for those in need right now — and it will back the brightest researchers to continue uncovering faster diagnoses and better treatments to save lives.

Please show me your support by donating to our fundraising campaign.
