For Owen Beldham

Soph recently lost her grandad Owen Beldham to leukaemia, and if you knew Owen, you knew he was always one to say if you put in the effort, you reap the rewards. He loved sport, he loved watching people push themselves, and he was one of the most important people in Soph's life.

So in true Owen spirit, we figured the best way to honour him was to put in some serious effort ourselves.

Soph is running a marathon, and Jack is taking on an Ironman 70.3 a 1.9km swim, 90km on the bike, and a half marathon to finish it off.

All money raised is going to the Leukaemia Foundation, who do incredible work supporting families going through exactly what we've been through, and funding research to find better treatments for blood cancer.

If you can donate anything at all, we'd be so grateful. Every dollar goes towards something that really matters, and it means the world to us to be doing this for Grandad.
